Personalized Venue HipMap for Weddings & Private Events

This product is for clients of venues who have designed a HipMap, and you would like to personalize the venue’s map for your wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, or other private event that you host as an individual (this is not for events hosted by a business).

What does this purchase include?

• Your HipMap includes the following:
  • Removal of up to 3 of the venue’s HipMap locations.
  • Addition of up to 3 of your event activities – e.g. ‘Ceremony on Saturday, please arrive by 2:45pm’ – along with website links (if you have a wedding/event website).
  • Replacement of an additional 3 of the venue’s HipMap locations with your own recommendations & comments – e.g. ‘Buck’s BBQ – We went here on our first date!’ – along with website links.
  • Changing the map style to match your wedding/event colors and style, and including your name(s) and wedding/event date.
  • Your own custom HipMaps app access code so that only your guests can access your map in the HipMaps app.
• Hosting on the HipMaps app for one year for up to 1,000 uses of your map in the app.
• Image file of your map in various resolutions, including a high-quality printable file, which you may use however you wish.

How does it work?

After purchase we send you an easy form to fill out. You tell us the locations you would like to change, your comments about each of those, and the website links you’d like to use for each. You also tell us your vision – your style, colors, and feel of the map. You can send any images you would like us to use on the map.

Then we design your own personalized map! We will send you the first draft of your map within 3 weeks of receiving your design information. We then make any tweaks needed and send your final files as various resolutions of .jpg, .png and .PDF files.

Are there additional costs after my HipMap is designed?

• If your HipMap exceeds 1,000 app uses in one year, there is a $100 charge for each additional 1,000 uses.
• If you have fewer than 1,000 app uses in the first year and you would like to keep your HipMap active on the app, the Annual App Hosting Fee is $100 for 1,000 uses in 1 year.
• If you would like to make changes to your map after it is designed, we do not charge for simple, quick changes. If the changes are more extensive, we charge our hourly rate to update the map – and we can provide an estimate before we begin.
