HipMaps Venue Special

This product is for venues who will participate in the HipMaps Venue Special: we design your HipMap for your guests & clients to use, and you share our flyer with your clients offering them a discount to personalize your HipMap for their event, or design a HipMap of their own at a discount – all thanks to you!

How does it work?

After purchase we send you an easy form to fill out. You tell us the locations you want to highlight on your map (up to 30!), your comments about each place, and the website links you’d like to use for each. You also tell us your vision & branding – your style, colors, and feel of the map. You can send any logo files or images you would like us to use on the map.

Then we design your own personalized map – every map is unique, we do not use templates! We will send you the first draft of your map within 3 weeks of receiving your design information. We then make any tweaks needed and send your final files as various resolutions of .jpg, .png and .PDF files.

What does this purchase include?

• Your HipMap includes up to 30 locations, designed in your style & branding.
• Your curated comments about each location displayed in the HipMaps app along with website links & directions to each location.
• Hosting on the HipMaps app for one year for up to 1,000 uses of your map in the app.
• Image file of your map in various resolutions, including a high-quality printable file, which you may use however you wish.
• A custom-designed PDF for you to share with your clients, offering them a 50% discount to personalize your HipMap for their event, or a 15% discount on their own HipMap

Are there additional costs after my HipMap is designed?

• If your HipMap exceeds 1,000 app uses in one year, there is a $100 charge for each additional 1,000 uses.
• If you have fewer than 1,000 app uses in the first year and you would like to keep your HipMap active on the app, the Annual App Hosting Fee is $100 for 1,000 uses in 1 year.
• If you would like to make changes to your map after it is designed, we do not charge for simple, quick changes. If the changes are more extensive, we charge our hourly rate to update the map – and we can provide an estimate before we begin.
