Once we receive the form with your puzzle preferences and photographs, we will create your graphic. We will send you a proof of the graphic via email, and you will have an opportunity to make changes and receive a second proof via email. You will not receive your high-quality graphic and the puzzle will not be printed without your proof approval!
This is a custom product so please expect the first draft to arrive within 2 weeks for custom puzzles, and within 1 week for geography puzzles. Once you approve the final proof, Portrait Puzzles will create your puzzle and ship it as fast as they can – please expect them to take 2-3 days to ship the puzzle after they receive the graphic. Your puzzle will arrive directly from Portrait Puzzles. We offer free shipping inside the US. Shipping outside the US is available, please contact us for rates & availability.
